Lisa is a Holistic Health Practitioner, specializing in Mindfulness and Stress Management. She uses her skills in Massage Therapy, Yoga Therapy, Aromatherapy, and Essential Oils and energy work to facilitate a balanced mind, body, and spirit. Lisa has completed the requirement for a bachelor’s in psychology and plans to continue on to earn a Master’s in Psychology.
During her time at Mitchell College, Lisa has been President of Sigma Alpha Pi, National Society of Leadership and Success. She has taken on many leadership roles to include the Sexual Misconduct Task Force and The Presidents Advisory Council. She served as the Mitchell College One Love Ambassador, and Jordan Porco Ambassador. Active in Campus Life and Health and Wellness she has given workshops on relationship violence and suicide prevention.
Her commitment to the environment and to Mother Earth is evident by her willingness to support the Mitchell Community to become more eco-conscious. She has tried to start a successful Mitchell Mariner Meals program in conjunction with food services and the Food Recovery Network.
In support of our Veterans, nationwide and on-campus Lisa is the Area Manager and New England Regional Director for Veterans Yoga Project.
As an active member of Psi Chi Lisa has participated in hosting workshops for the Community Coalition for Children Conferences hosted at Mitchell College.
Continuing her work with the younger population Lisa is currently a Behavior Intervention Specialist at LEARN.
